I'm familiar with Server 2008r2 through to 2019 in an admin capacity (not as well as Linux, but possibly as well as many admins know Windows).
I'm also familiar with Windows 10 Desktop (including PowerShell for automation of deployment) and have helped plan and move an esxi environment into the Azure cloud.
