I've had enough of big companies/organisations getting away with shoddy service, or disregarding single clients. And other organisations not getting credit for GOOD service so I've decided to keep track!

In July 2008 I received notification that if I elected to I could change my
bank charges scheme. The offer seemed a good one, well communicated with an
offer to email a particular address should I wish to proceed.

I was somewhat dubious (the address was very clearly FNB, I was quite
satisfied that the offer was in no way suspicious) but I could see this
becomming a longer operation.

I had a prompt reply just confirming I'd understood the term and conditions
and after I'd acknowleged I received another email confirming with a screen
shot all the parameters of the transaction.

How brilliant was that?

This is truly the most outstanding service I have ever received from a Bank.

FNB Well done.
